- There are so many available that a question this broad cannot be
- answered in a short message. Suggestions:

- 1. Use a WEB browser tool (I love the Alta Vista service) and search
- for keywords for the precise type of routines that you need.

- 2. Use anonymous FTP and collect a listing of the SIMTEL library
- from some place like oak.oakland.edu or ftp.cdrom.com. Then locate
- the directories that have files of interest, download the specific
- directory listings (they usually look like 00index.txt).

- 3. Use Archie or a Gopher service to search for the relevant tools.

- For math, I really like netlib. A lot of it is FORTRAN, but there
- is C available as well, including the excellent Cephes collection by
- Moshier.
